Whispers of His Power – MARCH 6

Whispers of His Power –  MARCH 6

Rev. 4.11:  Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created.

We should be astonished if the one appointed to lead a meeting or a service came without preparation.  But what about us?  Is it not our worship too?  We know how a single note dropped out of a chord in music is a loss to the chord.  If one lover of the Lord goes to a meeting unready, conscious perhaps of some shadow of self in the centre, some out-of-tuneness, there will be loss to everyone.

Take time to prepare.  1 John 1.7, or John 13.5, or any words the Spirit brings to mind can work effectively in a very short time.  If only all who love our dear Lord are ready to answer the call, ‘O come, let us adore Him’, then there will be pure worship, pure adoration.

oooOOOooo
