Whispers of His Power – MARCH 16
Eccles. 3.11 (RV margin): He hath made everything beautiful in its time: also He hath set eternity in their heart.
The book of Ecclesiastes does not show the life of a child of God. Never let us live in that sad book. There are a few happy verses in it, but on the whole it is sad because it is a true description of life under the sun, and if our life is hid with Christ in God (Col. 3.3) it is not lived under the sun but far above the sun.
There is a wonderful word even in this sad book. He hath made everything beautiful… He hath set eternity in their heart – the heart of all beautiful things.
What do you think that means?
oooOOOooo
