Character and Conduct – 9 September – The Dead
LORD, make me one with Thine own faithful ones,
Thy Saints who love Thee, and are loved by Thee;
Till the day break and till the shadows flee,
LORD, make me one with Thine own faithful ones,
Thy Saints who love Thee, and are loved by Thee;
Till the day break and till the shadows flee,
And when the sunset gates unbar,

Has drawn from God, returns to Him again.
PARTING and forgetting? What faithful heart can do these? Our great thoughts, our great affections, the Truths of our life, never leave us.
IF we still love those we lose, can we altogether lose those we love?
