As a parent I needed more help from the church than bible verse on discipline. How do we become a church where we cherish even the youngest members of the Body of Christ?
Marriage is hard work. Yet, its benefits enrich the whole community so the church must nurture and cherish all those who have chosen to give themselves away to each other in a covenant love
Personal faith is normative and intimate and so powerful that if we are not careful we reject the experience of faith of others and so make God in our own image.
In a time of distress and worry for all the message of freedom from the fear of death and a decision to ‘choose love’ must become the heartbeat of our lives

As churches deny their congregations communion wine to help restrict the spread of Corona Virus we may leave worship feeling a little empty. However it is the empty hungry thirsty Christians who can most easily bring the Good News to others
Sometimes, because we have a truth to tell, we become over eager to share it and so cannot receive the truth others bring to us. At all times in all situations it is wise to ‘Always Listen First’
