Whispers of His Power – JULY 1

Whispers of His Power – JULY 1

Hos. 6.3:  Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord:  His going forth is prepared as the morning.

Amos 4.12:  Prepare to meet thy God.

The LXX renders Hosea 6.3:  We shall find Him ready as the morning, ready to meet us and bless us as the sunrise is ready every morning to bless the world.

But before there could be dawn in this world of ours, tremendous things had to happen in space.  It was not a little thing to God to create a dawn.  And in the spiritual world tremendous things had to be, before our darkness could be enlightened by the Eternal Dawn. Calvary had to happen.

Calvary was God’s preparation for our Sunrise.

Is it much, then, that He should ask for preparation from us? Prepare to meet thy God, today and every day. Prepare to meet Him whom we shall find ‘ready as the morning’.

oooOOOooo
