Isa. 28.29:  This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.

This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts – whatever your ‘this’ is, this also came forth from Him whom you love.  The word as first spoken is about our God’s care, in teaching us how to deal with the various kinds of seed He gives us to use for food. Some are beaten, some are ground.  He teaches not only spiritual things, but this also.

We may take the words for other things too.  What is my ‘this’ today?  What is my special need of help?  What is my weakness, my disappointment, my hope deferred?  What is my trial of faith?  This also cometh forth from the Lord.
