Is all holy in my heart?  Is all that issues forth in words and in deeds stamped with the hallmark of holiness?

It is very wonderful, and very comforting, to know that He who has so much to think of is actually thinking upon me.

To our Lord, rest was not self-pleasing ease.  To serve was His chosen rest.
What about us?

…our Saviour knew all that ever could be known, and He endured to the end.

Our waters are shallow because His were deep. 

Is it not a wonder of wonders that He can want our love?

…he moment we are carefully regarded, above all when we are tried in any way (crushed as we crush the myrtle leaf), that moment what is there is known.

Our God will do glorious things if only we let Him have His way in us.
