Why need there be a continuing in prayer?  Our Father needs no reminder…?

No stranger face will meet us on the day we die.  We shall be awakened by the vision of His face – only His.

We must be ready, not only to suffer ourselves, but to allow those we love to have the privilege of suffering too.

There are times when we get to the end of our own willing.  What utter rest and joy it is…

Walk with God;  walk before God;  walk in fellowship with God.

Let us take off our shoes from off our feet in His burning presence that He may search and purge us, and prepare us for His service.

What does it matter what we do not know, when we do know this?

We sing, ‘When I survey the wondrous cross’.  How much do we ‘survey’?  How real is it to us?  Those wounds, how much do they truly mean to us?

…And in all these things are the life of the spirit, life that holds in it the seed of life for others.
